Intro. to Ashtanga is for setting the foundations of the Ashtanga series. Beginning with the standing postures of the Primary Series, leading into a few postures in the seated portion, then ending with the closing sequence.
Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to a "flow" yoga.
Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. Yin yoga targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues- ligaments, joints, bones and the deep fascia networks of the body- rather than the muscles (which are the physical focus of Yang yoga practices.)
Restorative yoga enables deep relaxation as you are holding poses for longer periods of time with the help of props to completely support you.
